On November 16, 2023, on what would have been Doreen's 50th birthday, we gathered on the nature trail to remember our friend and dedicate the trail in her memory. Library Director Monique Gerken gave the dedication speech which is attached here.

The ceremony was followed by a walk on the trail which was lit for the occasion with luminaries.

We miss Doreen every day. It was moving to gather together and hold space for and with each other on this special day.
